Les Phocéens n'ont rien pu faire pour rattraper leur retard, presqu'insurmontable, de l'aller et se sont une nouvelle fois inclinés sur la pelouse de l'Allianz-Arena (2-0). Une campagne européenne qui s'achève logiquement pour une équipe phocéenne bien inférieure à son adversaire sur les deux matches. Les Olympiens n'ont jamais fait le poids et ont mesuré la marge qui les sépare d'un des outsiders de la compétition qui s'apprête à vivre une demi-finale de feu face au Real Madrid.

Dopo il deludente campionato dell'anno prima la fiorentina deve riacquistare convinzione. Arrivano alla corte viola Lele Oriali e Iachini, mentre c'è il ritorno del giovane Monelli (era in prestito all'Ascoli). De Sisti guida bene la squadra che segna e diverte. A metà campionato la fiorentina è l'antagonista numero uno per la capolista Juventus, se non fosse stato per l'infortunio del trascinatore dei viola Antognoni (frattura alla gamba), e per la poca convinzione dimostrata nei momenti decisivi, tutto condito da alcune sviste arbitrali. Quest'anno poteva essere l'anno del terzo scudetto, il terzo posto finale sta un po' stretto ai viola ma è accettabile.

Match de midi de la 21ème journée de championnat, l’Udinese reçoit l’Inter Milan, une rencontre qui oppose deux équipes en forme classées dans le haut du tableau. Lors du premier tour, l’Inter s’était difficilement imposée 2-1, Lucio avait ouvert le score avant l’égalisation de Floro Flores et Eto’o délivrait les siens en seconde période. Ce sera la 39ème fois que l’Udinese recevra l’Inter dans le cadre du championnat, il y a eu 15 victoires pour les nerazzurri contre 9 pour l’Udinese et 14 matchs nuls ! La saison dernière, l’Inter s’était imposée 2-3 au terme d’une rencontre spectaculaire, un scénario qui pourrait se répéter au vu du niveau de jeu affiché récemment par les deux formations.
