Una squadra fortissima, che ha dominato dall'inizio alla fine e che ha meritato la vittoria finale.

È soprattutto lo scudetto del Presidente Dino Viola, che non si è mai arreso e ha sempre lottato contro il "Palazzo" e contro il potere della juventus, unica vera antagonista della Roma degli anni ottanta.
