Cet ancien défenseur de l'Olympique Lyonnais, à la carrière discrète dans l'Hexagone, a su se rendre indispensable à l'OL. Le club lui a fait signer, en mars 2003, un contrat exclusif d'agent de joueurs...

Club Spotlight : Dynamo Desden Oberliga

  The story of East German DDR-Oberliga football is a complex one, as Ulrich Hesse-Lichtenberger has written: "Most of the things that happened ... seem utterly bizarre and often downright incredible to someone who has grown up in a completely different society." This, perforce, is but a sketch and those wanting further information are directed to Behind the Wall: East German football between state and society, by Mike Dennis, professor of modern German history at the University of Wolverhampton, on which I have drawn heavily. First things first. There were four categories of clubs in East German football: The Dynamos: Connected to the secret police. Every club with the Dynamo prefix (eg Berlin, Dresden) was directly answerable to the head of the Stasi, Erich Mielke, who had little difficulty jumping the "fit and proper person" hurdle.
 The Vorwärts, which were overseen by the Ministry of Defence. Big in the 60s.
 Good old-fashioned football clubs with no affiliation to secret organisations (eg FC Magdeburg and FC Carl Zeiss Jena).

From an excitement point of view, the best games in the Football League last season were in League One - and it could be the case again. The reason? Teams endeavour to play attractive, attacking football, borne out of a desire to reach the Championship, with the riches and bigger sides that league brings. That's not to say that League One doesn't have a sprinkling of big guns itself. Indeed, it seems par for the course these days that a couple of big teams will fall through the trapdoor into the third tier. Sheffield United and Preston North End are the latest victims and both will be favourites for an immediate return. But sometimes it's not that black and white; while they boast the strongest squads, much will depend on how their mental state is. Sometimes the hangover of relegation season in League One is a disappointment, it can be a long road back. Just ask Leeds United and Nottingham Forest. Players from these clubs also have to realise that there will be no easy rides at this level. They are in League One for a reason and if they don't approach visits to the likes of Stevenage and Exeter in the right frame of mind, they will come unstuck very quickly.

 El Slovan de Bratislava fue el primer equipo del este en lograr un título europeo, tras derrotar al favorito FC Barcelona. La competición estuvo marcada por los eventos sucedidos en 1968, cuando las tropas soviéticas invadieron Checoslovaquia. Como resultado, muchos equipos occidentales se negaron a jugar contra equipos soviéticos. Por ello, un Comité de Emergencia de la UEFA tuvo que realizar un sorteo en primera ronda. Una vez que el Dínamo de Bucarest quedó eliminado en segunda ronda, el Slovan quedó como único representante del este.

El cambio que Ferro Carril Oeste impuso a comienzos de la década del 80’, fue una de las causas principales que marco el fin del lirismo en que se sumergía el fútbol argentino desde fines de los años ’60. Este tipo de juego se caracterizaba por una vuelta a las fuentes, es decir, a un juego más vistoso y de ataque, luego del periodo en que las técnicas defensivas implementadas luego del mundial de Suecia en 1958, se apoderaron del fútbol argentino. La llegada de Griguol a Ferro y de Bilardo a Estudiantes de la Plata, discípulos de una escuela que tenia la táctica como estandarte( Spinetto y Zubeldia), propicio un cambio muy grande, ya que la "mecanización" que lograron sus equipos, fue la carta más importante para llegar a lo mas alto del fútbol nacional. Una de las claves en el ámbito institucional, fue darle más importancia a través de sus dirigentes al cuidado de las divisiones inferiores. Esto fundamentado en la trilogía, Griguol, Aimar y Bonini, conductores indispensables para el andamiaje del equipo.

    Cree en 1952, le Dynamo Dresde. qui comptait alors de multiples sections, s'est resolument tourne vers le football en 1966, ce qui lui permettait d'avoir un nombre impressionnant d'equipes qui evoluent dans les differents championnats nationaux. Tous les membres qui evoluaient dans la formation etaient membres de ia Police populaire et la plupart continuaient meme des etudes parallelement. Les joueurs avaient donc toutes les facilites d'entrainement, et il le fallait, car le championnat de R.O.A. etait loin d'etre une promenade. Magdebourg, lena, Dynamo Berlin, Leipzig etaient autant d'equipes pretes ä prendre la releve de Dresde en cas de defaillance.  Un habitué des Coupes d'Europe. Depuis sa refondation en 1954, depuis 1970, première date de sa promotion en « Oberliga » (première division en R.D.A.), Dynamo Dresde avait participé chaque année à une Coupe d'Europe : soit celle des champions (cinq fois), soit celle de l'U.E.F.A. (quatre fois). Sans doute la hiérarchie des clubs est-allemands y etait-elle pour quelque chose : en R.D.A., les clubs bien structurés avaient toujours les meilleures équipes et il etait rare qu'un outsider s'immisce dans les affaires des grands.
