Watford conceded three goals from crosses as they were beaten at Loftus Road on New Year’s Day. Despite enjoying most of the ball and some promising build-up play, the Hornets only had Kwadwo Baah’s goal to show for their efforts in London. They were left undone by defensive lapses for the trio of strikes by the Hoops, with the Hornets the architects of their own downfall by allowing the hosts to score all too easily.
