AC Milan Primavera recorded an important win as they beat Sampdoria 2-0 to record their second consecutive league win of the season, their third in four games. In Genoa, the Rossoneri reacted well after an incredibly difficult opening period. Goals from Nesti and Gala decided it in an action-packed match: coach Giunti's boys were clinical, creating less than usual but striking with precision and lethality. Jungdal too was crucial as he made a number of spectacular stops to keep samp out. Nasti is in top form, having scored five goals from the Juve game on (including cup competitions); it's not by chance that AC Milan's results have improved following his return to form. The group as a unit looks to have turned a corner and the Rossoneri are currently 15th in the league table, level for the time being with Verona and SPAL, on 14 points.
