Spartans got their first win of the season with a 3-0 victory over Montrose. Keira Chuter opened the scoring for the visitors as she got on the end Olivia Chumczuk's pass and fired it into the back of the net. Robyn McCafferty got the second two minutes later when she headed in Keira Chuter's corner. Hannah Jordan set up Erin Rennie who fired in from close range to net Spartans' third. Montrose couldn't find a response and are now joint on points with Spartans at the bottom end of the table.
