Hacken stay top of their Champions League group thanks to a 0-0 draw away at Chelsea on Thursday evening. The Damallsvenskan runners-up came into the game with two wins from two and they were well-organised and frustrated their opponents. Chelsea struggled to break down Hacken and eventually had to settle for a draw. That result keeps them second, two points ahead of Paris FC who beat Real Madrid.

Chelsea finished 2023 on a victory against a stubborn BK Häcken that showed all of their experience. One goal from Sam Kerr and two from Erin Cuthbert took them top of Group D in the Women’s Champions League.
