Five different players scored goals as Jamaica dominated St. Kitts and Nevis 5-0 in Group A action on Sunday in Santa Clara, Calif. Jamaica (2-0-1) advances to the knockout stage against the winner of Group D on July 9 in Cincinnati.  The United States, which shut out Trinidad and Tobago 6-0 on Sunday, won Group A to move to the quarterfinals by tying Jamaica with seven points (2-0-1) while holding the goal-differential tiebreaker (plus-12 to plus-8).
