Les Young Boys doivent encore patienter avant de fêter leur 16e titre de champion. Ils ont manqué une première balle de sacre à Zurich, où ils ont été battus 4-1 par Grasshopper.

Un succès dans cette rencontre d'ouverture de la 30e journée de Super League aurait assuré les Bernois du titre. Mais ils sont restés loin du compte au Letzigrund, où leur défense a trop souvent pris l'eau, à l'image du 2-1 et du 3-1.
