Kidderminster Harriers host West Ham in the FA Cup fourth round, while Plymouth Argyle travel to London to take on European champions Chelsea. Non-league outfit Kidderminster, the lowest-ranked team left in the draw, have been rewarded for their victory over Championship side Reading in the third round. Elsewhere, League Two side Hartlepool United will take on Crystal Palace, while Cardiff travel to Anfield for a clash with Liverpool. There are three all-Premier League ties with Everton hosting Brentford, Tottenham taking on Brighton and Norwich travelling to Molineux to face Wolves.

Cambridge United did not get the glamour tie they would have been dreaming of after their upset against Newcastle but will fancy their chances of victory at home against Luton Town. There are two clashes between Championship clubs, with Peterborough United hosting QPR and Huddersfield taking on Yorkshire neighbours Barnsley. Non-league Boreham Wood face a tough test against table-toppers Bournemouth, while third placed Fulham travel to English champions Manchester City. Nottingham Forest, who beat Arsenal in the third round, are rewarded with a home tie against East Midlands rivals Leicester City. In total, half of the 16 fixtures are being shown live on terrestrial television, featuring nine football league or non-league clubs.
