L’international allemand du Bayern Munich Jamal Musiala a annoncé mardi qu’il souffrait d’un « dysfonctionnement neurologique », après avoir été victime d’un deuxième malaise en trois jours au cours d’un match de pré-saison, tout en expliquant qu’il allait « bien ». Le milieu de terrain de 23 ans s’est d’abord écroulé samedi à Munich contre Leipzig, puis à nouveau mardi à Heidenheim, quelques minutes après son entrée en jeu. Ces moments peuvent « paraître à première vue angoissants, mais ils font actuellement partie de mon quotidien. Il est important de préciser qu’il n’existe aucun risque supplémentaire pour la santé ». « On m’a diagnostiqué de brefs épisodes d’absence, temporaires, facilement traitables et causés par un dysfonctionnement neurologique », a-t-il expliqué.
