 Après le match nul contre Southampton le 15 mars dernier, les Blues renouent avec le succès en s'imposant 3-2 dimanche au KC Stadium face à Hull, dans le cadre de la 30ème journée du championnat d'Angleterre. Deux buts de part et d'autre en première période, Hazard (2e) et Costa (9e) pour Hull, Elmohamady (26e) et Hernández (28e) pour Chelsea. Après la pause ce seront les Londoniens qui feront la différence avec à un nouveau but du Français Loïc Rémy à la 77e minute. Avec 67 points au compteur, Chelsea garde la tête du classement, 6 points devant le second Manchester City avec de surcroît un match d'avance.
