The Dutch soccer players have won their second game at the Tournoi de France. After Wednesday’s 1-1 draw against Brazil, they now beat a mediocre Finland 3-0.Tuesday awaits the last game of the prestigious practice tournament, against host country France. National coach Mark Parsons mainly uses the event in preparation for important World Cup qualifiers and the European Championship next summer in England. 

Parsons sent eleven other women into the field compared to the game against Brazil. Stars such as Lieke Martens and Vivianne Miedema were given a rest, newcomers such as Daphne van Domselaar (keeper FC Twente), Romée Leuchter (Ajax) and Esmee Brugts (PSV) were allowed to start.  Parsons also misses Jill Roord, Lynn Wilms, Dominique Janssen, Renate Jansen and Joëlle Smits because of the corona protocols applicable in France.
