Vancouver Whitecaps FC secured a record-eighth Cascadia Cup title and a top four finish in the Western Conference with a 2-2 draw against rivals Seattle Sounders FC at Lumen Field on Saturday night in what proved to be a classic Cascadia encounter between the two sides. Whitecaps FC now head home to prepare for the 2025 Canadian Championship Final this Wednesday, October 1, as they look to lift the Voyageurs Cup for the fourth straight year. They will take on Canadian Premier League (CPL) side Vancouver FC in a first ever match between the two local clubs.
